Once you have a signed purchase agreement on your home, I take over.
I make sure that the buyer, buyer’s agent, lender, Title, and Escrow people are on track and that things do not slip through any cracks.
I make sure that you are contacted at least 3 times a week by either Title, Escrow, myself, or David, with actual updates so you are not in the dark.
David’s motto is that “No News is Bad News”. He wants you to always feel comfortable that you know what to expect and when to expect it.
There is no way to guarantee that a transaction will close, but I make sure you are in the loop, and that we have done our part.

You will hear from my Escrow team at least once a week from the time your sale is signed around until the day of closing.
We will be sure you know what all those papers mean and that you know what to expect, and when to expect it.
